I am one of DELL product users. I using 15R. You device works correctly. But I hate something — when I want to install drivers. I must go to DELL.com and search my laptop. You search system is not work perfectly, sometimes it can find, and didn't find sometimes. At last my most-hate in DELL.com is download system. I want 1-click download not many-clicks to download! PLEASE make your website to use easy not hard to use.
